Organizing the Wooburn Festival calls on the efforts of many volunteers all of whom work with the Wooburn Festival Committee and have interests covering the entire musical and arts spectrum.
Becoming a Friend of the Wooburn Festival enables supporters to make a valuable financial contribution to Wooburn Festival’s mission of bringing a wide range of award winning artists to the Chilterns and Thames Valley communities, at affordable prices.
The Friend’s scheme entitles members to a 10% discount on most tickets. The minimum annual donation is £15.00 [single] or £25.00 [double]
If you would like to support the Wooburn Festival please download the application form using the link below and send to:

Application forms are available at all events. Brochures are posted to our regular supporters in August.
Help us bring affordable internationally renowned events to our local community by making a donation. In return we will provide you with advertising space on our website, event adverts and brochures.
Our mission is to present top quality performances in Music, Art and Literature to the local community (Chilterns and Thames Valley) and to make it accessible to as wide an audience as possible. To make it affordable we rely heavily on grants, volunteers and donations.
If you would like to make a contribution – no matter how large or small – please contact our Treasurer Gordon Nevill at:

We would welcome new Committee members with requisite skills and enthusiasm. We are currently looking for someone to understudy our long standing treasurer and also if you have background and knowledge in marketing and fund raising we would be very interested in talking to you.
Working on the Committee requires a moderate degree of commitment over the year. Committee members bring a huge range of skills and interests to the Festival and, whilst we are dedicated to delivering high quality events, we also enjoy one another’s company and social events.
Please send us an email or contact Brian Johnson (Wooburn Festival Chairman) directly to discuss:

Become an Event Manager. You may not want to join the Committee but if you have a passion for a particular type of event and would like to apply your organisational skills and contacts to put on an event then contact a member of the Committee.
